Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your cooperation in following our brief terms for a smooth Driving experience. • Lessons may be conducted by a partner driving school or instructor working with Road Vibes Driving School. • Lessons are confirmed only after payment. Our team will contact you regarding payment. • You must carry a valid licence. If you’ve been in Australia over 6 months on an international licence, a learner licence is required. • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. • Lesson packages are transferable but non-refundable. No-shows or same-day cancellations are fully charged. • For cash payments, please confirm via chat and obtain a confirmation message from the instructor. • If an instructor becomes unavailable, Road Vibes may reschedule or cancel the lesson.
